We are offering one social media follower the chance to win 2 tickets to Adventure Kayaking SA’s Dolphin Sanctuary Mangroves Tour in Port Adelaide, which is being held as part of Nature Festival!
The tickets are for the 12pm tour on Saturday 12 October. The tour is an unforgettable kayaking adventure through South Australia's hidden gem, the Adelaide Dolphin Sanctuary.
No kayaking experience is needed on the tour, where you’ll explore the dolphin sanctuary’s shores and beautiful sheltered mangrove-lined creeks. You’ll come across a fascinating array of marine life and birds – and you may also get to say hi to the Port River dolphins.

Terms and conditions for competition
WIN 2 tickets to the Dolphin Sanctuary Mangroves Tour at the 2024 Nature Festival
General
1. The organiser of the competition is Green Adelaide of 81-95 Waymouth Street, Adelaide SA 5000, ABN 36 702 093 234 on behalf of the Minister for Environment and Water.
2. The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.
3. By participating in this competition, entrants agree to abide by competition rules and regulations.
ELIGIBILITY
4. The competition entry period commences at 12pm Tuesday 17 September 2024 and ends at 12pm Tuesday 24 September 2024. Green Adelaide is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries. Green Adelaide is not responsible for the accuracy of entrants’ information or personal details.
5. Green Adelaide reserves the right to request proof of identity of all winners. Proof considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Green Adelaide. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, Green Adelaide in its absolute discretion may disqualify the winner.
6. Green Adelaide reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering with the entry process.
7. The competition is open to anyone except employees of Green Adelaide and their immediate families.
ENTRIES
8. To participate in the competition, entrants must follow the Green Adelaide Facebook page and/or Instagram page, and comment on the competition posts with a nature emoji and tag a friend from that platform.
9. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid and will be rejected.
PRIZE
10. There is one prize for one person.
The one (1) winner will receive 2 tickets to the Dolphin Sanctuary Mangroves Tour as part of Nature Festival on 12 October from 12pm to 1:30pm.
Total value of the prize is $110.
11. The winners will be notified via the relevant competition entry social media platform on 26 September 2024, and will need to provide personal details (full name, email, contact number and address) to be sent the tickets.
12. This is a game of chance. The winners will be chosen at random by Green Adelaide.
13. Winners will have until 12pm Wednesday, 30 September 2024 to accept their prize. Prizes not claimed by this date will be forfeited and passed onto another entrant drawn at random.
15. The issuing of tickets to the 2024 Nature Festival may not be possible if the event is cancelled, in this situation the winner will be notified and offering of tickets to a Green Adelaide event as an alternative is at the discretion of Green Adelaide.
16. If competition prize winners are under the age of 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
17. Non-cash prizes are not exchangeable for other goods or services and cannot be taken as cash. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by Green Adelaide.
18. Any costs associated with the use of prizes are to be covered by the winners.
FINAL CONDITIONS
19. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Green Adelaide and which prevents Green Adelaide from complying with these terms and conditions, Green Adelaide will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
20. Green Adelaide, its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of the competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Meta, its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of the competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

Nature Festival, its employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition, the promotion of the competition or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
23. Green Adelaide may collect personal information about entrants for the purpose of running this competition. Entry details remain the property of Green Adelaide. Entrants consent to Green Adelaide using personal information provided in connection with this competition for the purposes of conducting the competition, awarding any prizes and possible future national parks promotions.
